Various types of ‘snack’ items as well as toilet articles may be purchased here.  The shop is open throughout the day. 

Guidance and Counselling Services are available to all members of the St. Joseph’s family.  The counselling room is located on the first floor at the end of the passage left of the St. Francis Building and the Reading Rooms. Group Guidance classes are conducted once per week and individual counselling is available every day between 7:45 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., provided the counsellor is not in a group session.  The use of the Directory and Appointments and/or Requests envelope on the door of the counselling room will ensure that you do not experience any frustrations when you seek an interview with the counsellor.  Get to know your counsellor even before you need his/her service.  

In addition to the personal medicines you are required to bring, there is a nurse on duty 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on weekdays.  Please avoid visiting her during class time.  There is also a college doctor to whom students may be referred by the nurse.  Students must check with the college nurse before going to see the college doctor; however, students may make arrangements to see their private doctor according to their own needs.  

The Secred Heart Chapel is located in the center of the Administrative section of the college. This doors of the chapel are open all day to provide a quiet space for anyone who wishes quiet times for meditation and prayer. This facility enhances the college’s peaceful environment and ethus
