Official transcripts show the entire record of all courses taken by a student whether pass or fail. Diploma and degree transcript records are printed separately but are issued and sent together as one transcript for students who are pursuing/pursued programmes at both levels. Please note however, that a request may be made and sent individually if requested. Courses are displayed chronologically within each programme pursued. Your name appears on your transcript as it appears on your college record. Official transcripts include the college seal and the signature of the Principal and Registrar. Electronic copies of transcripts are available; however, this process is done from Institution to Institution.

A valid identification is required for collection of transcripts. Written authorization along with appropriate identification must be provided if the transcript is being collected by a third party. Written authorization should be sent to Registry@sjtc.edu.jm prior to the date of collection.
