Loan Contract
Students who do not pay their fees according to the installment plans must obtain permission from the Principal to proceed with registration. Students who receive such permission must complete the relevant loan contract form with the college.
National Commercial Bank (NCB) Account
Students are required to open an NCB account and submit information on the account to the Bursary Department.
Refund Policy
If a student withdraws from the semester within the first week, they are eligible for an 80% tuition refund. If they withdraw within the third week, they are eligible for a 40% tuition refund. After 30 days, no refund is available.
Student Loan Funding (S.L.B)
All students expecting to be funded by the S.L.B must pay 25% of the school fees unless at the time of registration S.L.B. has indicated to the college that it has given the student a code E status.
JAMVAT Student Funding
All students who are expecting to be funded by JAMVAT must pay the full tuition unless at the time of registration they have a commitment letter from the sponsoring agency. The Principal or Vice Principal must verify this commitment letter.

CHASE (Culture, Health, Arts, Sports, Education Fund Ltd.
Students who are expecting to be funded by these agencies should pay at least 50% of the tuition fees unless at the time of registration they have a commitment letter from the sponsoring agencies.
