Deferral & Re-entry

Life events may require you to pause your studies. The Registry facilitates this through a formal process:

Deferrals

You must write a formal letter to the Principal requesting leave. Deferrals are not automatic and depend on academic standing.

Re-entry

If you have been away for less than five (5) years, you may apply for re-entry to complete referred courses. A GPA of 2.0 is required to resume studies.

Graduation

The Valedictory Service and Graduation Ceremony are held every November.

Key Deadline: Any request for a name change on your final diploma must be submitted to the Registry at least two months before graduation.
